Premiere break

This is a premiere convenience feature plugin.

1. Use handle with mouse wheel click like effect - Main feature
2. Zoom in and out like a smartphone (no need to scroll)
3. Program monitor wheel zoom in/out
4. Wheel click handle can be used not only in the timeline but also in other panels
5. Copy text without style (Copy text without formatting)
6. When right-clicking on an empty space in the timeline, the indicator moves.
7. Automatic Korean-English key conversion. (This feature is for Korean users.)
